In 2023-2024, Kane will direct shows in Northern State University's Theatre Program's season. These will include Heathers: The Musical and Meteor Shower.
Kane recently directed The Canonized Club: The Curious Lives & Deaths of the Saints at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Since appearing in "The Final Thread" film from Northern State's Digital Media program, Kane has won
- “Best Supporting Actor” (Honorable Mention) from the 2022 Four Points Film Challenge
- “Best Supporting Actor/Actress” from the 2023 Fireline Film Festival
- “Best Supporting Actor/Actress” from the 2023 Redwood Film Festival
